If you are a new prospective student who attends Lake Travis or McCallum, or if you have received confirmation from me that I have the ability to take you or your child on as a student, please fill out this online form below. Parents, if you are registering for your child, please select “Parent” below. Students, if you are under 18, you will need to select "Parent" below, which will prompt you to fill in information for a parental unit, and then yourself (please consult your parents before doing this). Please note that under “Login Details” below, it is prompting you to create a Username & Password there. You will receive a Welcome Email from me once I've processed your registration and activated your account. I collect payments through Square, through which your card of choice will be manually charged monthly. Please see Studio Policy for details. Answer "yes" if you understand, or ask a question if you have one.

There is a $50 Initiation Fee to secure a student's spot for which I will send an invoice. Only when that invoice is paid will your spot be secured. Please see Studio Policy for details. Answer "yes" if you understand, or ask a question.
